Commissions

Commission Policies

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
• Minor revisions are included; major changes may incur an additional fee.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
• I retain the right to reproduce commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

For all Commission Requests, please provide the following information:

• Description of Subject

  Please provide a detailed description of your vision. Include colors, mood, foreground/background elements, and any reference images if applicable. My primary mediums are watercolor and gouache, but I also work in charcoal, chalk pastel, and acrylic.

• Size

  Indicate whether you would like a square or rectangular piece. I create artwork ranging from art cards (2.5" x 3.5") to poster size (18" x 24").

• Deadline

  If you need the piece by a specific date, please include that in your request. I typically require at least 3 months’ notice for time-sensitive commissions to allow for consultation, creation, and shipping.

• Budget

  If you have a budget for your piece, please include that in your request. Commission pricing varies based on size, medium, and complexity, and this information helps determine the best approach for your piece.
